Give yourself the gift of seeing what you might be able to address and heal at last, move through, and discover about your own power and unique personality in the process! I frequently work both with people who are totally new to therapy, and with those who have spent years in therapy using other approaches such as those in the CBT family and are looking to explore and transform in a deeper way, to unlock wounds and relationship patterns that have not yet been reached.

One on one consultation for therapists and IFS practitioners! Let’s share space and focus on how to help you find ease and clarity in your work with your clients. I love helping therapists befriend their parts that get involved with therapy, and helping those parts learn to relax a bit and check out how awesome the therapist can be when leading from their centered Self.
Unfortunately, consultation with me does not yet accrue your hours toward IFS certification.

I especially love running the therapy group I designed over the last year, intended for all audiences, especially trauma survivors and neurodivergent folx, called “Building Boundaries and Welcoming Emotions,” to assist with having both authenticity and attachment at the same time. In other words, to be able to be connected to other people, while still being your full true self.
This group draws from IFS, neuroscience, family therapy concepts, and more – in a warm and supportive atmosphere.
